Finyazwanda Management (Pty) Ltd is a diversified South African management consulting firm with interests in advisory services, infrastructure development, energy, and retail. We specialise in subcontracting and managing subcontractors on behalf of our clients — ensuring delivery excellence, compliance, and local value creation at industrial scale.
Our purpose is the development of a sustainable African group focused on economic transformation through preferential procurement and supplier development. We work with state-owned companies, multinationals, and OEMs to restructure supply chains and build genuine local capacity.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer
A Supplier Development Specialist who pioneered supplier development in the Oil and Petroleum industry and established the state-owned South African Supplier Development Agency (SASDA). Founder member of the Centre for Supplier Development — a privately owned entity and initiative to popularise and provide supplier development advice and strategies across the economic spectrum of South Africa.
His expertise spans Enterprise Development, Capital Project Management, and BEE/Transformation facilitation. An accomplished and sought-after speaker and facilitator of BEE and Transformation forums.
