Established in 2025, Finyazwanda Management (Pty) Ltd is a diversified South African company with interests in advisory services, infrastructure development, energy, and retail. The name Finyazwanda means "get up, rise up, do things" — we help people uplift themselves through hands-on implementation and capacity building.
Our raison d'être is the development of a sustainable African group with a focus towards economic transformation through preferential procurement and supplier development. We work with public and private sectors to transform systemic and structural fault lines within critical sectors.
Through supplier development advisory services, we target the massive state buying power that continues to elude the majority. We anchor our growth strategy through organic in-house development, IP and technology acquisition and licensing from OEMs in selected economic sectors.

We seek to employ 5 interns in every project we undertake and ensure they all obtain customised and sector-specific certificates. The top-performing interns are then fully employed across the various divisions. We work with our clients and use Enterprise Development funds to identify and assist their supplier development candidates who require increased business process efficiency.
